Career Development is a life-long process that requires us to revisit our occupational choices many times during the various stages of one’s working life. Regardless of age, we may be required to change careers and jobs many times when considering future trends and market predictions. Change is constant.

The 5 Dimensions of the Career Development process (as shown in the pdf below) may be revisited many times during our working lives to make adjustments, assess ourselves, find fulfillment, continuity and future direction to stay current and engaged with our career, and to meet employer demands.
